Still hurts one month later

I bought this shoe about 1-2 months ago, within minutes of wearing them outside I developed a blister on the heel. I thought I could break them in and the blister would go away but I am still in pain whenever I wear them, thinking I could still break them in. They are super cute, sad and lost cause at this point. Hope it works out for others.
